Best ways to upgrade a 2K2 I35

I was wondering what are some of the best ways to upgrade my I35 to make it perform better? Personally I feel pretty good about the power, I just don't like the way it handles. But a few simple engine mods wouldn't hurt, anybody have some suggestions on good/smart upgrades? What are some things you've done and enjoyed?

For handling you could get coilovers, front strut tower bar, and rear sway bar.

Best bang for the buck on power (in my opinion) is headers.
