I was just wondering what would be the best way to accomplish this on the Coupe? I do find the handling somewhat wobbly and unsettled when going around sharp corners.

What about the eibach pro kit? and as far as inducing some oversteer?

thanks.

The balance on the Coupe is pretty impressive to begin with - You're actually asking two almost-unrelated questions.

To reduce understeer, you'll want to either loosen the front suspension or tighten the rear (the latter is easier). Something as simple as swapping in poly bushings in the rear bar may give you the small difference you're looking for.

A drop will certainly help with the "unsettled" feeling, but the best bang for the buck will be tires. A wider, somewhat lower-profile tire, with a sticky compound (treadwear under 200) will make the most dramatic difference for your purposes.

Make sure alignment specs are perfect, both before and after lowering your car.

get a "RWD" G35!!.. hehe sorry couldn't resist. But you want some better handling and more stable ride, consider getting some KONI sports or adjustables.

I do think this is my last FWD car I haven't had a car in years, been riding crotch rockets and after those everything else feels slow and soft. Also I don't know much about car tuning.

Getting lower profile tires would also require new wheels I assume since the gap on the Altima is already pretty big...

I will look into the KONIs, this is a full shock replacement or just springs?

PS...I don't want to spend a lot of money and try to make the Altima into something it will never be. Just looking for a more settled and perhaps stiffer ride.
