I'm in the process of throwing in some energy bushings. Fronts are done and I just burned the crap out of it with a torch and dug everything out. Works fine but just takes a long time to make sure it's totally cleaned out. Is there an easier way to do this?

burning them out is the easiest, I usually put the suspension part in a vice and hold the torch under them for a few minutes and the whole bushing will just fall out on its own. Not much to clean out after that

The only easier thing would be to have someone else do it but where's the fun in that.
