I have a whole extra set of suspension and arms plus the energy suspension bushing set. Can anybody suggest the best way to remove and replace the bushings? Can it be don with a basic screw type clamp or do I need some special tools?

Burning them off was HELL! I don't know how anybody has had luck with that. I tried torching them for about 30 mins and it was fruitless. The sawzall worked, but you have to be CAREFUL about not knicking the part you're keeping.

I have a sawzall, but I'm doing the whole suspension and that would take forever. A shop press would work, but I don't have one of those. Do you guys know of a hand held clamp with attachments for the different size holes or something like that?

I used a ball joint press and a 21mm snap-on impact socket, perfect fit for pressing those stubborn suckers out. I also used a freeze plug (matched to size of the new bushing), slip joint plyers, rubber malet and a c-clamp to press the energy suspension bushings in. Worked great!
