Best Way to Launch/Race

I'm looking for the best way to launch my car. I know with the AWD from the launch that it launches hard and I seem to win a lot of races from a stop but from a roll at 25-35 MPH, I'm not exactly sure what I should be doing. Also, what gear do you guys feel that you get the best reaction to. I feel like 2nd might be the best.

Welcome to NICO! AUTO or 6MT? Second gear would be better than first because you shift less.

Auto... 35x. Is it better to use my slap stick from a roll or leave it in auto the entire time.

If you're racing, DS mode will be your best bet. Because Infiniti will let you hit the rev limiter, DS mode will be faster and less prone to error (waiting too long to shift).

in my old g35x, from a roll 2nd gear was the best... but if you miss the gear to 3rd all momentum is gone lol... i remember the car really didnt pull on anyone til i was in 3rd... the 2nd to 3rd gear shift was very nice.

DS mode is great from a dead stop, it will shift at red line for every gear if you floor it. but from a roll i would manual shift, as DS mode might short shift 2nd gear.
