I recently purchased headers for my 02 Frontier 2.4L due to multiple cracks in the manifold. The EGR tube connection on the header is in a slightly different location so I need to extend the tube. Has anyone attempted this and if so, what/how did you extend it?

Check with welding shop maybe they can cut and add a piece in to extend it, depends on material how easy or hard it is to weld.

Oh another way may be to go to industrial hose maker, they can make high pressure high heat hoses and piping for industrial plants that can handle extreme pressures and heat. I worked for a bottle making plane for a short time and they made hihg pressure power steering hoses etc for some of the guys at work for their trucks way cheaper than the replacement from dealer. They can make all kinds of weird stuff.

No luck with industrial pipe companies. Tired of wasting my time on this but I have a question for you guys that have the 2000 Frontier header on a 2002 Frontier (pacesetter does not make a 2002 header). If I buy the 2000 Frontier EGR tube, will it fit onto the 2002 egr valve? The reason why I ask is the 2000 header I have and maybe I just need to purchase the 2000 egr tube.
