siphon it. If you absolutly have to get every drop out, open up the gastank from in the trunk, take out the fuel pump assembly, and soak up the remaining fuel with a sponge.

If the car is running, you can also route your fuel tank return line into a storage device and leave the car running. Let the car run until it runs out of gas.

Your local auto parts store should have a hand operated pump for this.

another method is to have a can at the front of the engine, disconnect the hose from below the fuel filter and route that hose into the can. Put the car into the "on" position to turn on the fuel pump. I am already assuming you've got a new fuel pump like a walbro handy so you won't need to be afraid of killing your fuel pump by running the tank dry.

no plug? gas filler cap? drive to your local auto parts store and get one or order one online from courtesy parts. I got mine replaced like that.

If you really need that gas gone quick, hook it up to my mom's Dodge truck, it'll be gone before you can say Energy Crisis.
