All right , I know soldering wire would ultimately be the most secure connection.. I want to know what methods you guys are using.. My 240 is gutted and I'll be soldering most of my wire connections.. What are good connectors to use for like radio and stuff... Ex. Crimp caps, butt connectors, shrink, etc??

Yikes.

Of course the best is to solder and use heat shrink over that, but real world doesn't usueally allow for that kind of detail.

One thing I used to do is use a larger than wire butt connector and twis the wires together, insert them into 1 end of the connector and crimp.

Hope that helps.

wires that small, I twist them together and tape them. I don't do that in my car though, regardless of how big or small, I solder, even up to 2 gauge wires I solder. (Use heat gun). Other people don't really care so I tell them do they want their wires crimped, soldered, or twisted and taped. They usually, the fastest way.
