It doesnt look like you have had any luck w/ this post, I myself will find a way in the next 2 or 3 weeks or so, hopefully Ill remember and post it......Hopefully someone else will help us out !

If there isn't an available hole to go thru, you will have to drill one, usually on the passenger side is safe...just remember to use a rubber grommet so your cable jacket doesn't chafe on the metal.
