Hey guys, My short shifter will be here on thursday, and I wanted to change out my transmission fluid at the same time usiing the fill hole. So what is the best fluid for smooth shifting and performance? Also, you can just dump the fluid right into the hole? I've never opened it up before. Thanks

Anyone have any experience with redline shockproof? Its supposed to be thinner but have some shock absorbing compound in it. Also says it lowers temp of transmission. Anyone use it?

Motul Motylgear. When you put it in, you know where the extra money went over the redline.

The problem about GM SYNCRO MESH GEAR OIL is that it costs 15$ a can in chicago, and you need 3 of them therefore I need to drive outside of chicago to get it at 9$ an hour. Still not sure why it costs almost double in the city and half off just a few miles away.
