What is the best transmission fluid i can get for my 89 coupe? its a five speed (of course, auto's are gayed) but anyways i have some cheapo 80w90 Carquest stuff but i dont think im gonna use it, i heard its some weak *** ****...my 3rd gear has been acting up after about 15 min. of driving it grinds just a tad...so i need something good..please help

well, first off, dont even think about using a GL-5 fluid. just the thought will corrode your synchros.

use a GL-4 fliud, perferably a redline oil. MT-90 is good.
