Hi, I don't have much time here, so i just posted a new thread.. I want to get some opinions on the best tire for my 16x7f 16x8r rims. Right now i have some crazy jdm tires that dont really like rain all that much.. I go canyon running alot, and i want the best tire for the canyon as well as on the street.. here are my choices:

Bridgestone potenzas

Falken azenis

yokohama avs es100

Gimme some suggestions...thanks

Which tire sizes are you running front and back? That would help us see which models are available etc....

well, the you think the JDM "tyyyte" bridgestones hate rain? try the azenis...they loathe it.

IMO if you can get s-03's and afford them, they're a great tire. THe es-100 is an excellent tire for the money.

Give us some sizes and we can help you out :)-chet

the goodyear eagle f1-d3 is the best rated tire according to like 2 or three sights. theyre pretty cheap too. good traction wet/dry, sidewall flex and treadlife. just another option

I don't really remember.. all i know for sure is that the front rims are 16x7 and i think those have 205/50/16's on em..and the rear rims are 16x8, and have the same sidewall but are wider tires.. maybe 215's or 225's i duno... the car is gettin an sr installed right now so i cant get the exact sizes. i am like 99% sure about the fronts though.

In general, the best for handling would be the Bridgestone SO3 Pole Position, The Goodyear F1 GS-D3, and the Michelin Pilot Sports. Those would all be max performance tires (more smiles than miles). The next level down would be the Yokohama AVS ES100, Bridgestone RE750, etc... Those are still quite a bit more tire than most folks will ever use to the 9/10th on the street.
