Hey guys, I currently have a set of Uniroyals on my truck which I find them to be horrible. I would like to purchase the Michelin LTX MS tires once again but anyone else have other recommendations? Let me know.

what driving style? terrain? conditions? offroad much? what are you looking for in a tire? "best tire" all depends on what you want.

personally i like my current BFG A/T's for all around, they are incredibly durable, quiet on highway and decent offroad. Only i hate them in the mud - its raining in my town right now and i'm wishing i still had mud terrains

I don't do offroading at all. It's mainly city driving/work back and forth. I'm looking for comfort and smoothness. Uniroyals have been very bumpy.

Those are amazing tires. On my old exploder I had 31's that went 75,000 miles without rotation and all on paved roads.

I had the LTX m/s on my 01 pathfinder, i thought they were very good tires, and for just city driving they're perfect for the job.

Yeah that's what I thought about the LTX M/S in which I want a new set of those.

firestone destination A/T's. Very quiet on highway and excellent offroad traction...you really get the best of both worlds with these tires. I had them on my toyota 4runner before i wrecked it. good price too. Tire rack will sell them for 106 a tire

I'd go with Michelins, but not necessarily the LTX. I'll be getting new tires in the spring... I hear there's a new Michelin called Latitude... I'm going to research them before I buy, but it will either be those, or Michelin Cross Terrains.

so yeah...i just got some used bf gooridch longtrail T/A's. aboitu 80 percent left of tread on them. i need them for inspection since i had no "loot" to spend on new ones. anyways...i up the sized from the original stock tires to 245 75 16's and they look amazing. so thats up from 29.1 inch to 30.5 inches.

really enhances the look of the vehicle. no rub what so ever except in reverse making right at lock it rubs slightly agaisnt the splash guard which can be fix with alittle trimming done. anyways the tires are great and quiet and rain traction is amazing since it did rain today. will post pics sometime.!
