just thought we should all share our experience on the BEST tires we have used for drifting in terms of wearing out. the other tire threads are based on performance, so i felt we needed this one

Good idea, only you didn't post yours. Anyway, the only tires that actually stand out as far as "wtf, why are these still alive?", were some i dont know wuts by DEAN. I still have them. They kind of glazed over and turned into almost plastic. They make no noise while spinning. haha. super ez to break lose to0. But right now i'm rockin Warriors and they've held up for 10 runs on a small cone coures.

i try and stay between 24-28 psi in a cold tire state. once warm, i'll drop them back down to around 30 from like 45.

also, im really likin contitourings and anything bridgestone. they last and hold their grip very well

how about worst tire wear experiences?

Ive gone through 8 brand new federal 595's in one day, 35-40psi, cost me a little over 600$+100$ for the track day. I was figuring the tires would last me at least two days, nope.

but some other guy there had Raken Raptors, and he ran them practically all day, he only switched them out to drive home.

Dayton Daytona's lasted me a HELL of a long time. They are pretty nice too, they break loose pretty easily and don't glaze over too bad.
