By all motor did you mean Naturally aspirated. Cause there are a few things like a plenum spacer intake and exhaust just do some research. There is a ton of stuff available in all price ranges.

The title says "all motor 350Z"...

R350,

This depends on what year Z you have. 06 and older, you can do intake, plenum, exhaust, headers, cams, tune.

If you have a 6mt, then I'd also do lightweight flywheel.

I don't suggest lightweight pulleys, due to possible engine problems, but those mods COULD unleash a huge amount of power. Not all of it would be creating power, some of it would be reducing drivetrain loss.

The lack of a dampener on the lightweight crank pulley HAS THE POTENTIAL to cause crank shaft seal failure among other things. Some people have had no issues, others (especially those who buy the less expensive options) have dealt with the pulley grinding and harmonic issues.

Is your Z manual or automatic? If it's automatic, I don't believe you'll find a lighter "flywheel" as they're pretty light to begin with on autos.
