best t3/t4 turbo setup?

I'm currently in the market for a t3/t4 turbo for my sr20det. My question to you guys is what do you feel is the best setup for a t3/t4. in my first round of research I've found that 63 a/r is a good size for the turbine housing but has a tendency to lag, especially with a stage 3 turbine (which is the only setup i've seen for a decent price) the compressor housing i've been told is acceptable from .45 to .60. Most of the t3/t4's i've seen have been .50 so this is not really an issue. So ultimately should I get one with a 63 a/r without a stage 3 turbine and if so around what rpm does this turbo spool, or should I go with a .48 a/r turbine housing and if so around what rpm does this turbo spool. I would like to have good top end but am willing to sacrifice some to let the turbo spool sooner, say around 3000 rpm.

Also how much more efficient do the ceramic bearings make the turbo?
