I realize that asking what times you can get with a SR has been done to death, so i wanna know what the best time you've made or seen using the stock T25......i would guess that you could get into the 13's but i'm doubting the possibilty of reaching 12's on only 14psi....so tell us what you've been able to do and if possible tell us what mods......

i dont have my sr yet, but ken at enjuku racing ran a 12.8 at 109 on stock t25. You can see his car here So it is possible to run 12's on stock t25. Ive seen alot of low 13's, but thats the only 12 sec t25 sr i know off.

Ps don. i think you have had the most useless post i have ever seen. So far the posts i have read by you have been BumpDittoSigh oh man

I still dont know how u run 12.8 with stock motor and stock ecu. Did you do some major weight reduction?

Oh nevermind I think you mentioned in the past your key was the big shiny wing, lots of Nitrous and a 'got mods?' sticker.

weight reduction, high boost, good tuning, drag radials.

You're running what 20psi? lol How much of an improvement do drag radials really provide (in the front, back or both??? ) What does your car weigh?

Also your car is not daily street driver right? Figures. Mine will be....

Figure this...my car is street legal, and capable of being daily driven, Am i wise enough to have another commuter car, 4x4, and vehicle capable to drive safely in the rain and snow? Yes, of course....

Do i drive it 'daily'? no, i drive it when i want to have fun, and go beat on it, i dont drive it to go pick up condoms at 7-11 though....

How much difference? I ran a 15.3@107mph, spinning till 4th gear on street tires, the first run i made on the track.....The car is a mid 13 second car on street tires....

My car weighs under 2450, last time i weighed it, it was 2514 with most interior intact as well as all sound material, which has since been stripped out.

"Oh nevermind I think you mentioned in the past your key was the big shiny wing, lots of Nitrous and a 'got mods?' sticker."

huh? i have no idea what you are talking about now

That was a cheesy joke. nevermind.

Also, you ran 15.3 your first time? What mods, just intake exhaust?

How much were your drag radials?

I didn't realize that the 1/4 mile time thingy was posted so much, sorry about that.....

But seeing as how you responded, what are you using for fuel? what other engine mods are you running? and what plans do you have for the car?

you ever use avgas jessie? 110 low lead? basicly its drop the cat and fry your o2 sensors. but turn up the boost. it runs alot cooler than normal gas.

i have no cat, i do run a race fuel mixture at the track, usually not 110 though, more like 106 and 94 mixture, or up to 107, i dont go as high at 110 though.

So race gas or , 110 is harmful? And where do u get your 106 from?

well, race fuel (leaded) will start to burn up your rings eventually.....we have speed shops that sell 5 gallon containers of race fuel, and the track sells all different octane levels....BUT you can use 110, i'd just not use much, maybe like 1 gallon for every 4 or so gallons of 93 or 94 octane, ya know? I usually put like 5 gallons of 94 and 3 or 4 gallons of like 106 or something....

on the street i just run 94, cause im too poor to get race fuel, otherwise i'd always run a mix, cause i loooove the smell of race fuel : D

OK I think I wil mix too when race season comes around this March. I'll mix like you, so it balances out to 100 octance.

Also can you tell any difference from when you run 91-94, compared to when u mix?

well the fuel burns cleaner, so the engine likes it....a difference can be told in the EGT levels, and air/fuel mixtures, it does allow you the ability to run higher boost with out detonation...thats why i run fast t25 times, good tuning, no detonation (big FMIC and race fuel), and boost away : )

I am addicted to this forum. Can you blame me, my sr is on the way....:)

Also Jesse...when you get an ECU upgrade (by enjuku, adds 25hp), do you HAVE to get bigger injectors and a FMIC? Would it be unsafe for me to use stock injectors and side mount for a few months?

lets say you get an ecu upgrade (from JWT =] ), you tell them your setup, and htey tune it for you....you can have it tuned for hte stock injectors, it will change the fuel curve, remove the speed limer, move the rev limiter, etc......if you have larger injectors they will tune it for that....you can have it tuned one way, then when you upgrade you send it back (100an upgrade)and they will retune it for your mods....

FMIC wouldnt necessarily effect the tuning , but would allow you to maximize its efficiencey since you can then run higher boost....

no it wouldnt be unsafe, just make sure your boost level isnt too high.....people dont recommend boosting over 10psi on the stock intercooler....if you have an fmic and ecu tune, you can run 14 psi all day without really any worries

(still assuming you upgraded your fuel pump when doing the swap to the 255lph Walbro)
