Best Substance to Clean Trottle body?

Just wondering from experience what was the best thing to use to clean the throttle body out nicely? I'm planning on going at it tomorrow and just wondering what would be best. I'm pretty sure Fred would know but I dunno if he's on this late lol : )

Cool. Yeah there's stuff called Throttle Body Cleaner, I didn't even think about it before I posted lol
