I am riding on Koni Yellows and H&R Springs right now. The handling is amazing but I only use my car for daily driving and like to have a little fun on the corners. I have a harsh ride and I would like to smoothen things up.Anybody got any suggestions for realitivly cheap, smooth springs that dont completly eliminate cornering.

What are your spring rates? Whatever they are, get some lower spring rates. Most people here run coilovers, which offer in general a very harsh ride. Be warned though, getting softer springs with performance shocks might give you a bouncy ride, make sure you have a suspension shop adjust your shocks for you to match your lighter springs. I don't personally know what springs would work best for your application, I don't know what springs you have that you consider to be too harsh (H&R makes many kinds of springs), so without those pieces of information this is the best answer I can give you.

Are your H&R's red, blue, black or gray? Based on those colors you can decide which way you want to go. Red are the race springs, blue are sport springs, black are slightly higher performance than stock, and gray are stock replacement springs. So if you have blue, than black would give you a softer ride.

Edit: H&R only makes the black sport springs for the S14. If those are too harsh for you go back to a stock suspension. Remember you're driving a sporty coupe, it's not going to ride like a mercedes, ever. So if you want a soft cushy ride, go buy a Mercedes or a Buick. I'm not trying to be a d!ck but if you have H&R's black sport springs, there isn't much out there that will give you a soft ride and good handling.
