hey everyone, i'm gonna be in the market for a good spring/shock combo mainly for daily driving/occasional auto-x/track use. I've heard great things about agx's but i've also heard that they blowout with aggressive springs....since i'm not looking to blow any shocks any time soon i'd rather do my research now and ask this 240 community what's the best decision. by the way **** zilvia...no one answers **** over there - all they do is pay thousands of dollars on body kits and jdm tyte **** and then tell people to use the search function....what a bunch of lamers...anyway thanks in advance!

My friend uses Eibach's mild drop Pro-Kit on his S13.It's better than the 4x4 look, and handling feels firm, not over stiff, and overall it was a BIG improvement over stock.

Tein S-tehcs work well, aslo. Those two setups are probably the most tested/proven and approved.

I used RS*R Down and AGX(on 3/6 minimum), a lot of peole said my car was a bit stiff, even at only 50% stiffer than stock, but its more tahn most people need who arne't doing anything compeditive (I also had a lot of other work, to say the least...)

The rsr race or kgmm springs would be what I would go for, tein S techs after that. Just dont get crappy progressive rate springs.

Suspension Techniques. They are linear spring rate at 200lbs front and 160 rear. Have had them with AGX for 2 years and still going strong! Looks nice with about 1.5" drop and you can still go over speed bumps.
