Your right I have never heard of ITB injection...

But I am so used to seeing a manifold on F1 engines so it threw me off.

But what is the difference between between Carbing and ITB Injection...Carbing uses a jet and ITB injection uses an injector?

na... actually once you reach to a certain rpm it doesn't matter if the injectors fire at the synchronized time..they become batched injected and the throttle is close to WOT when they begin firing. Top mount injection is ok... for small flow... once you have a larger flowing injector.. it needs to be moved back away from the valve...

I don't know alot of current market product that have this... I know a Aprilla bike does, it has 8 injectors for it's 4 cylinders.. 4 smaller flowing injectors which are top/side mounted for lower rpms and it' the other are throttle injected in batches for high rpms.. and watching that video.. then the throttle closes.. the injectors shut off... which makes me assume that this is the case as well... makes sense too.. because it be pointless to inject something that going to bounce of the throttle valve...

Carb's rely on vacuum from the engine to self inject itself... soon you add injectors is now electric fuel injection.. which requires a control unit and it's sensors..

quick note itbs just for the hell of it...it's for more response... mostly because air has mass.. and when the valve closes the air bounces off the valve leaving behind a vacuum... short runners fills the vacuum quicker leaving better chance for when the valve to open again and not have to fight the vacuum to get air into it's cylinder.

this fit's best for high rpms.. which makes it's practical for throttle injection..

raref8- my cbr also has 8 injectors, same setup, 4 direct and 4 higher pretty much in the intake box...it was weird when i took it apart and had to look at the manual to see exactly how it worked.

sounded freakin' awesome.
I have a Best Motoring DVD (Fuji Fast) with Motoharu Kurosawa (Gan-san) driving an S20-powered KPGC10 GT-R around Fuji just before the old track was torn up.

It is indeed one of the best sounding I6's ever, although here are some of my other favorites (just talking about sound here):

-Toyota 3M (from 2000GT)

-RB25DE

-BMW GR2 (3.5L I6 from 3.0 CSL race car. 430bhp from 3.5L in 1972, naturally aspirated)

-Toyota 5MGE (I know it's a pedestrian choice, but uncorked and worked-on they sound AMAZING)

EDIT: No one else liked my 1.5L 13krpm V12? lol.

Mercedes AMG 6.3 Black edition. Heard a couple at the last F1 in Indy and, as much as love the sound of an F1 engine, the Black edition sounded even better and is hands down one of the best V8's I've ever heard. I believe they had it in a CLK as well as a wagon (which I would so definitely drive with the Black edition setup).

Are supercharger noises included in engine sounds?

If so Lysholm compressed G60 corrado by Bahn Brenner and others like it.

I love how they whine SOOOOOOOOOO loud.

What? Running on all valves? TVIS only opens a second intake runner at higher RPMs, the engine is always using it's 16 or 20 valves.

that's not fair.

90 degree V's are some killer sounding motors...I was at a gas station when a guy rolled in on a TL-1000R with an aftermarket exhaust...god what great sound.

Agreed, best sounding 6 cylinder engine...EVER!

Here's another video of a 432R with the Os Giken head.

Except with Straight pipes, you can't have conversation inside the car.
