Best Sound system And NAV for Altima 2.5sl

Ok, so im trying to come up with a good sound system for my 2008 altima 2.5sl. I dont have Nav, and i would like to install NAv and entertainment system as well.I found a sub box

but does anyone know what sub will fit and what amp i should get. I listen to mostly alternative and rock, but i like a lil R&B.

ive had 2 alpine type R's in my RSX type-S **** knocked harddd with a 1500 watt amp. so it depends on ur budget. if there is no budget go for JL-Audio W7's those things hit so hard they could shatter ur glass, but of course u wouldnt bump them that high, but the Type R's are sweet and now alpine has type x's which are quite nice as well nice crisp bass and half the price.
