Best size I/C for usdm kouki bumper

I traded my JDM kouki bumper for a usdm. I didn't realize how much taller the JDM bumper was until I mounted it on the front of my car and seen that I had 2-3" of Intercooler hanging under it. My current i/c is a 12x24x3. This is too tall. I'm gonna buy the usdm lip eventually, but I still wanna run fender liners, so I need an i/c that isn't so low. Maybe something 8x24x3.5? Anyone have any suggestions? What is a good size that works for the usdm bumper without being too small. My car has no a/c but makes 500whp so it can't be too small.
