Hello everyone! I have decided that I am going to send my redtop off to get a full rebuild with the works, but I am still trying to decide which shop/company I should use to rebuild it. I saw the Enthalpy rebuild, but I have not done business with Enthalpy. If anyone has had theirs rebuilt by Enthalpy and can vouche for his work, please let me know. If anyone also has anywhere else that does the same as Enthalpy, but for a better price or what not then let me know. I have been told that for the price, the Enthalpy build is on par. If anyone has any suggestions or anything at all, just post it to your heart's content lol. Thanks for y'alls time.

Yea man, that's what I said when I saw that it was like 2 g's for just for the work not including any aftermarket parts or shipping. That's why I was hoping that someone had a reputable shop that does excellent work. See, I'm not too sure about a shop around here doing the work, because I'm down here in Gulfport, MS, and I don't think any of the shops are familiar with the engine...I would like the assurance of knowing that the person working on my engine is familiar with it. But, I'm going to check around down here to see if any of the reputable shops have even seen an SR before lol. Well, if anyone else has any other ideas just keep on postin' lol.

2 places you might want to look into. You could call up Enjuku and see if they do full rebuilds. I'm not sure if they do or not, but they're in Florida, so shipping wouldn't be terrible. Or, you can call up AMS and see what they can do for you. They're based out of Chicago and do insane work on every car they touch. Best of all...both of them are nico sponsors!

im sure its worth the money through enthalpy

if you think about how much work is involved and figure it upon an hourly rate...it might be close to that

Yea, I have only heard good things about Enthalpy, and I'll probably hit up Enjuku and see what they might offer. Any other ideas?

just find a local shop. its not wroth it to ship an engine. besides i know that enjuku outsources alot of their work now because they are so busy with formula d and all now.
