Well, you should make sure your engine is in good mechanical condition, if you have over 70,000 miles and want to use the car as a daily driver still you may wish to consider a rebuild. As far as the best turbo it depends on how much power you want to make and how much money you want to spend. There is no inherently best turbo, each is good for a specific application.
