Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Just wanted to know if anyone can share good stories/nightmares with service departments in NY/NJ area. looking to find knowledgeable service place with good reputation for knowing all EX issues and how to resolve them.
