Best Psi for Tire Pressure

Just wondering what's the best Psi i can use for my aftermarket tires that'll be best for performance and gas mileage
right now i have all 4 at 38psi and don't know if its good enough

My tires are Nitto Motivo 225/45zR18 95Y XL
2002 Nissan Altima 2.5S
stock suspension no changes

That's the OE size tire for the SER which has a recommended psi of 35.
