I finally got an S14, I'm very happy to start participating here. To start off, does anyone know the best (cheapest) place to buy these two parts?

As far as the front lip, either from a dealer which you would pay regular price for or you would have to find one used in which case the price will be determined by how much the buyer is willing to pay and how much the seller is willing to give it up for.
