Hey guys, I'm doing a little work on my QX4 bringing it up to NICO stds. Never really done much on it except change the oil. (It was my wife's.) We decided that we're gonna keep it so I'm doing some work on it. So far I've put four new tires, new fuel filter, new shocks, brake pads, new struts, and that dang little sway bar link.

I've got to change the timing belt. I've never done that. Is it a DIY novice thing? Anyone got a procedure for it to share? Anyone got a FSM manual on this they could share?

How about the plugs? What are the best ones.

Thanks ahead of time.

let me know how you get that "last spark plug" out. The one in the back by the firewall.

I cant get to it.

Use a ratchet with several wobble extensions and a u-joint to get to the last plug. I've never had a problem.
