Well i have seen several posts about people receiving motrs and sh!ts broke, so here goes, out of all the places to deal with, who seems to be the most reliable, as far as delivery, with everything intact, and nothing missing, and everthing they promised ?

I wanted to know which would be easier, full motor and harness, and all the goodies, mounts, cross member etc, or a full clip ? The main reason i ask is because i want to get a RB26DETT, with a RB 25 transmission, and don't want to get screwed out of a lot of money in doing so, so people let me know who your best dealings have been with,

-Mike

Well, since it sounds like your going to have a lot of $$$ invested. My suggestion to you is to check out http://www.jarcoinc.com . Although they are kinda pricy, remember that old saying "you get what you pay for". Personally i havent bought anything from them but i have only heard positive things. I also know that before the cars are personally cut by a Jarco employee in Japan, theres a video tape made of the car starting/revving. The Jarco employee points out if anything is wrong (bad clutch, etc.). I would also by the front clip, even though your pulling 2 engines, i have heard nightmares from people buying motorsets. (parts missing, harness cut, etc.)

Hope this helps! Good luck with the swap

I would try Japan for starters.

All seriousness I have heard good things form enjuku, heavy throttle, Phase2, and someother places that excape me right now.

TOPSECRT88 HAHAHA MAn your funny !!!! i am building up my cash pile slowly, just need to know what to shoot for, theres also the saying " How much you spend, will determine how fast you go !!" its a fav of mine.

I figured the the full clip no harnesses cut would be the best, no RB26DETT transmission, RB25 Instead, no AWD for me 574-240SX i will be checking those sites out asap, i appreciate the help guys, coming from a back round of domestic Muscle, I figured, hell why not build a fast 240SX, lighter, faster, and i can slap stickers and a big aluminum wing on the back !!!! J/K about the last 2 I'll let yall know what i find out,

Give them a call and ask to talk to Eric. They are located in Ocala Florida so you could actually drive to him and pick up your motor if you wanted to. He doesn't presell any motors so you aren't waiting months for one, he compression tests and leakdown tests, and I've found him to be very reputible. His prices are also better than most places because all he really does is import motors so he gets entire containers full of nothing but motors and clips.

I almost never go to meets or gatherings because I always feel like a 3rd wheel, not cool enough for the group. Plus I live an hour north of Tampa.
