best place to buy a COMPLETE new/used KA24DE?

Im in the SF bay area, just wondering where i could get my hands on something that isnt going to be a huge gamble.... and i dont want to graft things together... i want the wiring harness and ecu and anything else i may need to put a nice dual cam in my '90 hatch.

i know of a bunch of places around here that deal engines, but i want to know the place to find what i've described.

the best thing to do is look around for someone who has swapped an sr and wants to get rid of there ka then rebulid it if you want or think it needs it.... just out of curiosty i asked a nissan dealership when i went to pick up a part for my car about buying a new ka24de and they said it would cost $8,337.47... i also emailed some nissan supplyer and they said $4,000 and somethin... so i would try to find one and rebulid it... thats what i am gonna do..
