best place to buy a car in japan?

My wife and i just moved to shizuoka, japan. I've been to yokota ads to look for cars and found a few skylines but not really interested. Is there anywhere else i should be looking. Also check misawa classifieds, zama classifieds, iwakuni classifieds, stars and stripes classifieds. Any help fellas would be awesome.
