I doubt there is a "best" place, but I know both Phase2motortrend.com and srswap.com bothstock both items.

Just watch the boards.Buy a set form someone.I just got my z32 mafs for $100.got the plug.Beleive he has another one for sale too. email me if ant his contact info.Just sent him the money today won't receive till next week.Hopefully ImplicitS14 is trustworthy (J/K if you read this)
