What would be the best type of engine oil to use for my KA24DE? I'm gonna SEAFOAM the engine, and I want to make sure it is protected properly afterwards.

It just hit 110k on my '93. I'm going to be upgrading soon (cams, intake, etc.) so I need something that can handle high revs.

Thses are the "best" oils currently available whose formulations are slanted towards good protection in hard use, rather than fuel economy, they meet MB229.1 and up and ACAE A1 and up:

Movil1 Fully syntetic does a good job, specially with engines with high milege.
