Whats the best year-round oil for a 92 Maxima running strong with 150k?

Toak gave a good recommendation.Other good oils are Chevron Supreme ($1.14) in 10w-40 ( or in non mild winter 5w-30), or the more Valvoline Durablend ($2.34) in 10w-40 ( or 5w-30 if yadayada).
