Best Muffler replacement for a 3.5?

So my big, fat muffler on my '02 LE is getting pretty rusty. I dont think it will last much longer so im wondering whats the best replacement. I want something with a it of a rumble. Nothing loud, just a nice groan. I am leaving the secondary (rear) muffler in place. I was considering going cheap and just chopping the Muffler off and welding a pipe in its place, but that would make it pretty loud.

if youre going to do your muffler, do it right, straight cat backs 2.25 piping with resonator delete to a 2 in, (single or dual) out muffler (2.5 piping)
