Most autoparts stores ie autozone and what not should be able to help you. They carry a duplicolor automotive paint in a can and you can just give them the color code and they should be able to match it.

Spray paint from Walmart. Front fender of this car was painted with Wal mart spray paint and it looked pretty good even close up. JDM side skirt and front bumper have orginal color from Nissan Japan.
