best manual transmission fluid?

looking for the absolute best transmission fluid for all year around for my 90 fastback....obviously synthetic, but what brand/weight?

GM syncromesh Friction Formulated... ablsolute best stuff...get it at any gm dealer... make sure its the frictoin formulated stuff though

does it only come in one weight, or are there multiple weights?

if so which should i get?

there's nowhere in Toledo, OH that has Redline...only place that supposedly has it is Advanced Auto, and i called them and they said they only have the motor oil, not the gear oil :(

Napa wasn't sure who would have it either :(
