Agreed.

Best MAF for doing what? Getting the engine running? Making a bunch of HP? Looking the coolest?

z32s are good for ~500hp of air flow.

Are you running an RB26 ECU? Stock MAF's will do that no problem. Stock ecu? Power FC? What are you using?

I don't know if that was a jab or not, but you can kiss my a** if it was. If you just inadvertently omitted my name, never mind. Not to demean JohnnyButt, but he didn't understand (and maybe you don't as well) that you when you have an RB26 ECU, you have TWO maf's. A single Z32 MAF is good for around 500rwhp. The stock RB26 MAF's will make probably 400-450rwhp. Twin Z32 MAF's are good for 900-1000rwhp. Also, twin RB20/25 MAF's are probably good for around 600-700rwhp. Considering your goal is only 450 motor hp (I can only assume since you didn't specify RWhp) and you have a power FC where you can easily just choose which MAF you want to run, any of the above will be cake to install and run.

BTW-- Johnny, I'm sure you just didn't notice he said RB26. I wasn't trying to say you didn't know 26's used twin MAF's.

OP--you might want to make sure your Power FC is even the type that uses MAF's. It might be a MAP type (D-jetro).

no i wasnt trying to lol thank you for the info. i just seem to have lost my maf when i moved and i need new ones but i didnt kno stock ones can hold that much power. but i might as well get a z32 and i should have been more specific with my build its a single turbo setup with a apex power fc and yeah 450 rwhp but im also going to want to be able to make more power someday so its good to get something that can deal with more power

Cool. If you are talking about 450rwhp, I'd shoot for stock RB20/25 MAF's since they are super cheap and will easily hit you hp goal.
