Any info on the taillight centerpiece? Never seen a "sileighty" one, custom I'm assuming?

i think the "sileighty" was a vinyl, it looked like it up close... matched the "SIL80" bit he had on there... which i dont get why was on ther at all?

the back was a bumper extension, it had over fenders (front and back) with some grille bits behind the wheels... couldnt tell what it was. and on FN 01R wheels...
