Because to me a vehicle is not the "best looking" unless it has the full package..... exterior, interior and engine bay. For example: You see this hot chick across the way. You walk up to her and then she smiles with half of her teeth missing...... suddenly she is no longer the "best looking".

So that's why I disagree with most of the vehicles in this thread. I think most of these cars should be categorized as best "theme". Because in my book, if a car has a banged up cracked bumper, crappy fitting body panels, trashed interior, mismatched paint, crappy paint, mismatched wheels, missing grills, missing corner lamps....... then it's NOT one of the "best looking s13's EVER". It may have a good theme or is a drift car, but neither of those automatically make is the best looking.
