Okay guys, after much debating and voting...the other mods, admins, and I have decided to delete the "Best looking women ever??" thread. There was no easy way to put it because I think this thread meant more to you guys that any of us realized. But in an attempt to keep some civility around here, keep it fun for everyone, and keep harassment charges at bay, we decided it was best put in the graveyard.What I personally would like to see are new, fresh posts that are fun and free spirited arise and the complaining about the post and some other issues we've had as of late, laid to rest. Every member of NICO has a voice and we want to hear it. Unfortunately, not every member will speak up and some that do shouldn't. When I'm lurking around the Showroom and I see that the same old posts haven't been touched I try to think of new ways to get member involvement and I can always count on the regulars to pitch in a thought or question.

When that fails, I hang out in General Chat, like most everyone else. But here in the past couple of weeks it's been down right ugly in there and that's a problem. I'm going to do something different for a change. I'm going to blame this problem on myself. I'm blaming myself because I can only control what I say and do. Deleting or moving a thread is not hindering one person's belief and it should not be seen as an act of aggression. My girl visits NICO regularly because it makes her feel like she's a part of something that I'm a part of. I don't want her to feel like she can't come here and mingle with you guys because I'm afraid someone might offend her. I want her and my family and my friends to come onto NICO knowing they're going to gain some knowledge and have some fun. I hope we can get back to business with a clearer perspective on other peoples' feelings.

Now that I've said what I'd like to see, this is what I don't want to see. I don't want to see any more threads complaining about a dead thread. It wasn't written in stone and even stonework fades over time. I don't want any retaliation threads. This is a collective problem, not the fault of one or two people. I don't want to see a single person leave NICO because this thread is gone. If you think that thread, or any one thread, is the best of NICO...you haven't been surfing the board. Lastly, I don't want to see anymore personal attacks (unless they're about Greg) unless they're made in jest and even then be careful.

When things like this happens it seems we're sucking the fun out of NICO. We don't want to do that. What do we look like, fun suckers? No. But as a community we have to work together. It's essential. I had faith enough in NICO to quit my job and moderate full-time. LMAO, j/k. But I do believe we could be the hottest thing Nissan's ever seen. And maybe one day we really will have that NICO Edition 240. But if we keep fighting amongst ourselves, alienating other members and posting more complaints than car related issues...we're doomed to fail.

So in conclusion...the T&A post has gone bye-bye. Get over it. If you don't I'm gonna change this to my sig pic and post on everyone's posts.

Yes folks that's me. I sheared the fro and tamed the beard. Got rid of the blood red lenses but I still have that snazzy shirt. It's kind of my mascot.

That was taken the week before 9/11. My bro was into this whole weightlifting thing and needed a spotter/trainer. I told him it's been awhile so if he's got anything over 450 stuck on his chest I'll need some help.
