Best/least lower spring/strut/shock combo

I've got a 1995 240, my rear suspension makes some sort of rattle all the time, I know I need some new stuff. I don't want my car to be a lot lower. I've noticed the Eibach PRO only lowers 1.2 in the front and 1.0 in the rear, is that one good? What is a good strut/spring kit? How much should I have to pay to get it installed?
