$1,000,000 says the skinny kid was the bully. I had dumb ***'s try this with with me. They would be like "im 150lbs and can run from you", me "maybe so, but dont let me get my hands on you". Got my hands on one kids neck, and never had anything else said to me.Encryptshun wrote:See, watching this video without sound (not sure if that matters or not), my take on it was that a skinny kid who was tired of getting bullied by the big fat kid decided to stand up for himself. This, then, resulted in the little skinny kid getting shown why the big kid wass the bully and the skinny kid was the victim.
Am I wrong?

skinny kid was aggressive towards big kid, skinny kid hits big kid several times. big kid acts in self defense. lawsuit over, skinny kid loses.Dattebayo wrote:Video shall be the source of many lawsuits now.
Nice reference.Mr1der wrote:haha.
Ferdinand the bull style yo.
Too bad it doesn't really always work that way. The big kid's actions could be deemed as too excessive, and judging from the way the skinny kid hobbled off, I wouldn't be surprised if permanent damage is claimed from his actions. Just saying, anyway...downedzephyr wrote:skinny kid was aggressive towards big kid, skinny kid hits big kid several times. big kid acts in self defense. lawsuit over, skinny kid loses.Dattebayo wrote:Video shall be the source of many lawsuits now.
I wont be writing any sternly worded letters, but tbh you can put me in the "a little excessive" camp.sbird1 wrote:Dave, that kind of thinking is what's wrong with society. If you punch someone in the face without provocation and get body-slammed, it's your own damn fault, regardless of the damage it causes. I'm so sick of people winning cases like that.
That's totally different. I heard something a while back that applies here. With police, they are allowed to go "one step" above a perp's violence level. If they're coming at you with nothing but fists, you can tase generally, but not use a gun. If they come at you with a knife, you can use a gun, etc.Dattebayo wrote:Okay, whatever. If I hit you with a baseball bat because you slapped me in the face, no harm, right? The concrete that kid landed on is harder than that.
This is the reason why I think something happened or will because of that. Sorry if you don't see that...

Emotional damage is something I am surprisingly ok withsbird1 wrote: What about the permanent emotional damage bullies like that do to other kids. It's just as bad, if not worse.
I think emotional damage is what I would be more worried about...its what sadly triggers suicide or extreme violence...just like the kids who get bullied their whole life and then bring guns to school because the emotional damage has turned into a mental lapse of judgement.Red coupe wrote:Emotional damage is something I am surprisingly ok withsbird1 wrote: What about the permanent emotional damage bullies like that do to other kids. I'd kinda file it in the "man the f*** up" category.
It's not me I'm worried about. I have a friend who is a rather large guy. He was teased A LOT in school and from all of that, he is extremely sensitive. He looks like a tough dude, but constantly thinks that people are talking s*** about him and makes him pretty awkward in public and at parties, etc. I hate kids...Dattebayo wrote:hahahahasbird1 wrote:What about the permanent emotional damage bullies like that do to other kids. Cry me a fricken river. That's just when mothers baby their kids too much.
