hey guys I just picked up another 240 and I have a spare ka in my garage already from when i put my sr in my first 240. so I am planning on building that block and going ahead and making it a ka-t. I have been looking online for hours trying to find websites that sell aftermarket bottem end parts for the ka and all i have found thus far is amsperformance. seems like a good website, they have all of the stuff i need but i want to get your opinions on them. Do you think they are too pricey? and hows their customer service. also do you know any other websites that have what im looking for? and one more question. Does anybody on here who has a fully built ka-t want to chime in and tell me how much hp you are putting down. because i was looking at the ams pro rods and sportsman series rods and the sportsmans are good for 550hp but it seems that if you have a built ka with say a 35r on it you would be pushin the limits (on race gas atleast) but i could be wrong..just curious on that so i know whether or not to fork over the extra 300 bucks to go with pro series rods. thanks in advance guys.

AMS has you covered from A to Z. You can get a built long block from them, parts to rebuild the motor yourself, or one of the best KA turbo kits on the market.

IMO, theyre expensive but they have the rep and some badass shop cars to justify their expense. For cheaper/other alternatives, check our list of sponsors. Many of them sell bottom end parts for the KA.http://www.nicoclub.com/addirectory.shtml

XAT Racing is in Tampa and Enjuku is in Orlando...
