best ideal offset for 19x10 & 19x11 wheels ?

wassup nicoclub . I will be getting my hands on a set of 19x10 front and 19x11 wheels for the rear . it will be going on a 1995 s14 . what would be the ideal offset if I run with widen front and 50mm rear fenders ? thanks

On a 2003 WRX? Hahaha.

You need to let us know;a) s13 or s14?b) How wide are the overfenders? 30mm? 50mm?
