best exhuast size for ka24de

i was doing some searching and some people say 2.25" is the best size, and others say 2.5" is better.... i know definitely not 3" for sure because 240's need a certain amount of back pressure.which size would have a more noticeable power gain? the 2.25" or 2.5" thanks

I have a 3" dual tip exhaust on my N/A ka24de with the stock piping, I notice a little loss of low end power, and quite a bit louder than stock, however I do alot of highway driving so the highend is nice, it depends on what you want. considering the stock exhuast tips are about 1" in diameter each, I would say go with 2.25 for better lowend

yeah, i've been hearing both 2.25 from some and 2.5 from others.. i guess 2.25 would be better for me, since i do more city driving so it will give me more low end but would 2.5" piping decrease low end torque by a lot?

I have 2.5 inch piping, I didn't notice any low-end loss.
