I saw that Stillen just announced the Axle Back exhaust for the 2.5 but after reviewing some sound clips on youtube of their past work on the earlier generations im kinda left disappointed in the sound as there isnt much improvement over stock. I really dont want my car to sound like a pissed off bumble bee aka the Honda effect but how can i update the exhaust to give it a move aggressive sound. Someone recommended custom piping and a borla mufflers but what do you guys think if the best route?

Maybe you can just do a custom muffler delete

Eliminate your catalytic, new exhaust manifold/ Headers without the attached catalytic and run the stillen and it will be plenty of noise. The one thing I liked about the Stillen is the low noise, the more attention you draw the more tickets, I think. I am trying to find headers for my 15 so I can install headers and stillen exhaust same time, then I am able to purchase my UpRev Osirius ECU upgrade.
