Hey people, i looked out all over and got mixed reviews. So i come to you.

My SR 240 is a summer daily driver and i need new engine mounts soon. I dont want alot of vibration or to "raise" the engine up like people said the Nismo's do.

Tell me what you have and your pro's/con's PLEASE.

If you want some mounts for daily driving that wont shake the wheel/car and wont raise anything then get OEM mounts.

yeah I'd say nismos but you don't want the elevated engine, so that rules that one out. the rest of em are pretty stiff if you get aftermarket ones.

caliracer240,

You can get them at the Nissan dealership. The original motor mounts that come in the 240sx are what you want.

The nismo mounts really aren't that stiff at all. My friend and I run them on daily drivers without any problems.

Drill a hole in your old mounts and fill them with PL200, a bit more vibration that OEM.

I'll let you know in a few days if there are clearance issues with a cusco stb and the nismo mounts. Which ones do you have? I've the OS.

does anyone know how much the motor is lifted by the nismo mounts. i have never run anything other than the nismos so i'm just curious. I'm looking into top-mount turbo clearance issues.
