Best cleaning materials ?

Alright so i don't know the condintion on the seats but he said it's good condition.. i had no pics but for 40 bucks for rear seats + seatbelt assembly sounds good.. so just incase they need a deep cleaning what should i use ?

soapy water and an a semi abrasive cleaning pad of some sort. when i had my carpet out i used dawn dish soap and hot water with one of those green scrubbys, came out excellent, im sure it will work on seats too. just old fashioned elbow grease is the key. febreeze is a nice touch at the end.
